Thinking Out of the Box About Israel: Let Israel Move to Nevada

By: George Wallace

There is a non-violent answer to the never ending series of conflicts between the Arabs and the Israelis. We have to realize that Israel is simply in the wrong place. That is what irritates the Arabs so much. That is the burr under their saddle. There is a cure for the condition. Offer Israel a new location.

We could offer Israel about twice or three times the land mass of the current Israel in several of our western states. My choice would be Nevada or Idaho. Nevada is a nice desert area. The Israelis would feel right at home. We won’t miss the part we would give them. It is not being used for anything now that is particularly important.

The ingenious Israelis will make it bloom with their energy and hard work. All we have been able to do with it since statehood is grow wild rabbits, wild horses, and turn parts of it into a gambler’s dens, or as sites for legal prostitution. We could even keep that part of Nevada. That would be appropriate: positioning the sinning area as sandwich filler between two strong slabs of religious rectitude, the Hebrews and the Mormons next door in Utah. This idea would even make this easier for the Mormons to find the rest of the “lost tribes” of Israel.

We could even assist by using US Navy flattops to cart away the remaining stones of the Wailing Wall of the Temple at Jerusalem. By rebuilding the Temple in the New World, as was done with London Bridge, we could pick up additional synergies in tourism from all the Americans traveling to Nevada first to gamble, and then add in a quick side trip to visit the Wall to Wail about their losses.

There are plenty of good examples of how this could work. We already have sovereign nations within our borders in the form of Indian Reservations. We could even offer the Israelis dual citizenship as we do our native tribes.

The best part about this answer is that it will completely disembowel, disarticulate and emasculate the Arabs. They will lose their center, their focus, and be left afloat still unable to cope with their environment, their culture, and their religion. They can quietly collapse back into the 8th century again and be joyous together in their caliphate, while being told how to live their lives.
